Product Manager – Consulting

About the role

EY Consulting is looking for a Product Manager to join its Europe Central cluster, which delivers market-leading services to organisations across Cyprus and internationally. The role sits within the consulting practice and covers product vision, roadmap, launch and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, architecture, design, marketing, business teams and third-party vendors, keeping everyone aligned on objectives, priorities and delivery expectations.
• Define requirements as epics, features and user stories, and continuously refine the product backlog based on user feedback and market changes.
• Take part in all agile ceremonies, provide the product concept and approve development work.
• Define the product vision, direction and roadmap, including feature releases, milestones and prioritisation.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape, and define customer personas and segments.
• Plan product launches with the marketing team, covering messaging, positioning and promotional material.
• Track KPIs and analyse user feedback to identify improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in technology, business transformation, digital services or consulting, including 3 years as a Product Manager.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory).
• Ability to engage and influence partners and stakeholders, including senior management and C-level, and to work in multicultural environments.
• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, and an appreciation of trends such as data, analytics and AI, cloud and emerging technologies.
