Business and Technology Transformation Senior Manager

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced consultant to join its Transformation Realized consulting practice, part of the Europe Central cluster serving Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region and other countries. The team works with multi-disciplinary colleagues to help clients improve operations, grow revenue and manage risk, covering business transformation, digital strategy, technology implementation, data and AI, customer experience, operating model redesign and performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategic initiatives, redesign organisations and transform operations and processes
• Build insight and action plans around competitor intelligence and industry trends
• Consult with clients on their objectives and technology requirements and give integrated business and technology recommendations
• Take part in or manage transformation projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• Educate clients through meetings, workshops and training sessions
• Cultivate strong client relationships and support engagement managers and partners
• Lead, coach and mentor consulting teams, fostering collaboration and developing future leaders

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment
• Experience in transformation programmes, data and AI, customer experience, digital services, technology implementation, product portfolio reviews, revenue improvement, cost reduction or innovation initiatives
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international ones
• An advantage: experience in a multinational environment or consulting firm

• Attention to detail, with a logical and methodical approach
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills; verbal English is a must
