Night Receptionist / Night Auditor

About the role

The Classic Hotel Nicosia, part of the Accor Handwritten Collection, is looking for a reliable, welcoming and detail-oriented Night Receptionist / Night Auditor to join its Front Office team. You will be the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient service and a safe, comfortable environment, while also handling night audit procedures and preparing the hotel for the next day.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-ins, check-outs and guest requests professionally and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service throughout the night.
• Perform daily night audit procedures, including verifying transactions, payments and financial records.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports.
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, telephone calls and emails.
• Process payments and ensure accurate cashiering and billing.
• Monitor hotel security and follow safety and emergency procedures.
• Resolve guest issues independently and coordinate with other departments for an accurate handover to the morning team.
• Maintain the reception area and uphold Accor's service and brand standards.

Required profile

• Must currently reside in Cyprus and have the legal right to work there; a valid work permit or other authorisation is required where applicable.
• No visa sponsorship, work permit assistance or accommodation is provided.
• Previous experience in hotel reception or a similar guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
• Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of Greek is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or another property management system is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, attention to administrative and financial accuracy, and ability to work independently.
