Marketing Operations Coordinator – Content & Affiliate Marketing

About the role

Amdocs is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support its Affiliate Marketing team in Limassol. The role focuses on content‑driven campaigns for film and TV releases, ensuring that promotional assets are sourced, organized, and delivered to partners efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Source images, videos and other marketing materials from multiple studios and content owners.
• Maintain and update a digital repository of promotional assets for assigned affiliates.
• Create content‑focused PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
• Develop and execute email campaigns (eblasts, newsletters) using Mailchimp or Pardot.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, content owners and agencies to meet asset requirements and campaign deadlines.
• Coordinate metadata, conduct regular reviews of social media channels and contribute to reporting.
• Respond to partner requests, providing assets and guidelines while ensuring brand compliance.
