Head of Publisher

About the role

EVADAV GROUP is seeking an experienced Head of Publisher to lead and scale its global Publisher Department. This senior leadership position combines strategic vision with hands‑on management of publisher networks, partnership development, and performance advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global Publisher growth strategy, identifying new GEOs and partnership models.
• Build, develop, and expand long‑term relationships with strategic publishers worldwide.
• Lead and scale regional Publisher teams across LATAM, Asia and other key markets.
• Hire, develop, and retain top Publisher talent while establishing scalable processes and KPIs.
• Own commercial performance, monitoring profitability, traffic quality and unit economics.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Sales and Engineering to align Publisher initiatives with overall business goals.
• Represent EVADAV GROUP at international conferences and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Publisher or Supply teams within AdTech, performance marketing or ad networks.
• Strong understanding of publisher ecosystems, web traffic and digital advertising.
• Existing network of publisher contacts and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Excellent people‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
