Senior Search & AI Advertising Specialist (Remote or Cyprus)

About the role

Freedom24 is seeking a hands‑on advertising expert to drive customer acquisition across search engines and AI chat platforms. The role focuses on building AI‑powered solutions to automate and optimise campaign management while working in a collaborative, high‑pace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise AI agents for bidding, budgets, keywords and negative keywords, using LLMs to analyse search queries and generate ad variations.
• Connect advertising platforms, analytics and internal data via APIs to automate campaign analysis, reporting and actions.
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid search campaigns across multiple search engines and AI chat platforms.
• Launch and optimise remarketing campaigns with audience segmentation and tailored messaging.
• Improve conversion tracking, offline conversion integration and attribution, using experiments to guide bidding and budget allocation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building AI agents, LLM‑based workflows or automation solutions in advertising, marketing or analytics.
• Proven record of independently managing and scaling paid search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword management, search query analysis and value‑based optimisation.
• Experience with remarketing, audience strategies and analytics, tag management, offline conversions and attribution.
• Practical experience with APIs and programming tools such as Python, JavaScript or SQL.
