Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Associate to join our team in Limassol. The role is hands‑on, covering campaign execution, content scheduling and digital engagement for our brands Drakos DMC Greece & Cyprus, Destination Bureau and Tour365.eu. You will work closely with senior management to produce visual and written assets in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and schedule social media posts and blog articles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and brand websites.
• Create graphics, short videos and banners using Canva or other creative suites.
• Design and send monthly Mailchimp newsletters highlighting destination updates and incentive travel ideas.
• Maintain website content, portfolio showcases and landing pages on drakosdmc.com, destinationbureau.com and tour365.eu.
• Assist in setting up, tracking and monitoring basic Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
• Prepare promotional materials, pitch decks and digital outreach assets for webinars and trade shows.
• Coordinate post‑event case studies, short‑form video edits and monthly performance reporting.
• Manage digital asset library, reputation reviews and industry directory listings.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation (hospitality or tourism a plus).
• Native or fluent English with strong copy‑writing and proofreading skills; good level of Greek.
• Highly organized, proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
