Head of Product – Fraud & AI

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Product to rethink our fraud products and systems to be AI‑centric. You’ll leverage artificial intelligence for automation and enable intuitive, multi‑modal customer interactions that build trust and streamline compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the financial crime product team, designing features that improve security across Revolut’s global platform.
• Build and align teams with product objectives while developing members for career growth.
• Own the product roadmap from strategic planning and conception through execution and launch.
• Drive AI‑driven automation and multi‑modal interactions to enhance fraud detection and compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years managing large product teams, overseeing multiple squads and Product Owners.
• Experience delivering AI, data‑science, customer‑facing and back‑office products.
• Proven ability to formulate and drive a focused product vision and communicate it to leadership and partners.
• Strong analytical acumen with ROI‑based prioritisation and a bias towards action.
