Associate Accountant

About the role

Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join its Limassol (Michaelides) office. The role focuses on day‑to‑day accounting operations, emphasizing reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
• Complete supplier and customer reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow up to support resolution.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and processes.
• Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
