Associate Accountant

About the role

Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join its Limassol (Michaelides) office. The role focuses on day‑to‑day accounting operations, emphasizing reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
• Complete supplier and customer reconciliations, identify discrepancies and support resolution.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls.
• Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Hands‑on experience with bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
