Treasury Associate

About the role

Working within a global business in a friendly and supportive team, the Treasury Associate will manage incoming and outgoing bank payments, maintain payment records and support various money‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute bank transfers for multiple group companies.
• Communicate with banks and payment providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain existing accounts, including AML reviews and payment documentation.
• Collect information and respond to banks’ compliance requests.
• Liaise with internal departments on payment matters.
• Open new bank accounts for group entities.
• Record daily payments in management accounting registers.
• Gather and archive invoices, agreements and supporting documents.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc management reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Support other payment‑related projects and provide general assistance to the accounting department.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury or accounting with payments responsibilities.
• Fluent English and native‑level Russian (mandatory).
• Cyprus residency (mandatory) and work permit.
• Knowledge of Greek is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AI instruments and various technology platforms.
