Senior Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous, sharp‑minded and highly motivated Senior Finance Officer to join our Digital Assets Finance team. You will focus on daily reconciliations while also supporting the wider Finance function in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations across finance systems and digital‑asset platforms (NetSuite, Tres Finance, Kyriba) and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the Finance Manager with data entry, bank payments, statement downloads and funds monitoring.
• Assist month‑end close activities such as journals, accruals, inter‑company balances and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare schedules and data for internal and external audits and respond to ad‑hoc requests from Finance, Risk and Compliance.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, identify automation opportunities and contribute to system implementation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting and reconciliation experience, preferably in a regulated financial‑services environment (FX/CFD/crypto).
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional‑level English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high‑volume daily workload and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including complex formulas and data analysis).
• Experience with NetSuite, Kyriba or Tres Finance.
• Knowledge of digital‑asset and blockchain transaction flows (or strong interest).
• Experience automating workflows, scripting or using AI tools within finance.
