French‑Speaking Retention Agent – Client Loyalty Role

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Retention Agent to join our multicultural team in Limassol. You will nurture existing client relationships, boost satisfaction, and reduce churn for a leading FSCA‑regulated brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Execute retention strategies, engage proactively, and identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve issues promptly and use data insights to personalise approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the client journey and track key metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Retention Agent in a CFD or Forex brokerage.
• Native or fluent French with strong corporate English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and target‑driven attitude.
• Familiarity with the African market is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and related business tools.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
