Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative – Larnaca

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Larnaca, Cyprus. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary package and the chance to work in an international gaming support environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with account, technical and platform‑related inquiries.
• Handle password resets, payments and general account management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases.
• Meet quality, productivity, satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with fluent English.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, reliable, customer‑oriented attitude and clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to and work on‑site in Larnaca.
