Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative in Larnaca

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Larnaca, Cyprus. You will handle customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat, providing high‑quality support for a global gaming platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to users via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist with account‑related, technical and platform inquiries, including password resets and payments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, customer‑satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Danish speaker (minimum C1).
• Fluent English.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Friendly, reliable and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Clean criminal record.
• Willingness to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus.
