Customer Support Representative (Korean)

About the role

We are seeking a Korean‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing international iGaming organisation in Nicosia, Cyprus. You will provide assistance to Korean‑speaking players across multiple brands via live chat, email and telephone, ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, efficient and friendly support through live chat, email and telephone.
• Assist Korean‑speaking customers with account enquiries, general information and service‑related requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints and technical or account‑related issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of enquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Korean, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centres or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Experience handling enquiries via live chat, email or telephone.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to relocate to Nicosia, Cyprus.
