Customer Support Representative (Native Greek Speaker)

About the role

Join a leading iGaming entertainment company as a Customer Support Representative, providing assistance to players in Greek. You will work in rotating shifts and represent the brand with a vibrant, responsible attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Greek via webchat, email, and phone, ensuring a high‑quality, accurate response.
• Resolve product and service issues on first contact, investigate player concerns, and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Escalate requests when necessary and promote a “Safer Gaming” philosophy.
• Stay up‑to‑date on rules, processes, and licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Native fluency in Greek.
• Strong communication, public‑relations and active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the capacity to adapt to diverse personalities.
• Ability to work under pressure, be accountable and conscientious.
