Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – IMEA Region

About the role

We are expanding our FP&A capabilities across the IMEA region and need a proactive Analyst to join our team in Nicosia. You will work closely with regional leaders, providing high‑quality financial insight, reporting and analysis to support performance management and strategic decisions across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, preparing accurate financial reports.
• Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan, support rolling forecasts and mid‑term planning.
• Analyse actuals versus budget/forecast, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as a trusted business partner, delivering financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insight.
• Support automation of reporting processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate policies, maintaining strong financial governance.
• Analyse competitor performance and regional economic drivers to provide market insight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A or financial management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, IFRS and consolidation.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA or Chartered Accountant is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Greek; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets capability.
• Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) is beneficial.
