Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join its remote team and support multiple D2C e‑commerce brands. You will leverage AI‑driven tools to design, automate, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI‑enhanced email campaigns using Klaviyo for one of our brands.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation, and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with senior team members to integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists and precise segmentation.
• Report on campaign metrics and recommend improvements.
• Manage the email marketing calendar to align with brand goals and promotions.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign assets.
• Design and build email templates that follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Proven expertise with Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and campaign creation.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing tasks such as copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalisation.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
