Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing & CX Manager in developing and executing brand, marketing and communication strategies for Toyota Cyprus, Lexus Cyprus and related products. Based in our Nicosia office, you will help bring campaigns and brand stories to life across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of brand, model, employer branding and CSR campaigns.
• Maintain the marketing communications calendar and coordinate campaigns from briefing through delivery, liaising with advertising agencies, production partners and other external vendors.
• Create and adapt written, visual and short‑form video content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Manage social media scheduling, monitoring and reporting tools, evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Write, review and edit content in Greek and English for social media, websites, newsletters, corporate communications and press releases.
• Assist internal communications, employer branding, CSR activities and local brand initiatives such as the Toyota Dream Car Art Contest.
• Coordinate marketing materials across the retail network to ensure showrooms and customer‑facing areas align with brand standards.
• Analyse campaign, social media and PR performance against agreed objectives and KPIs.
• Maintain organised archives of marketing assets and support tracking of marketing expenditure.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in brand marketing, communications, public relations or social media.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English with strong copywriting abilities.
• Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly for research, ideation and content development, supported by solid fact‑checking and editorial judgement.
