CRM Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented CRM Executive to join our CRM team in Limassol. The position focuses on executing multi‑channel campaigns – email, push, SMS – based on well‑defined briefs and processes. It is an operational role with a strong emphasis on accuracy and manual execution.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels.
• Configure journeys, bonuses, and customer communications in CRM tools according to specifications.
• Prepare, upload, and verify customer segments.
• Conduct thorough QA checks on content, links, targeting, timing, and settings before each launch.
• Schedule campaigns in line with the CRM calendar and monitor delivery for issues.
• Produce basic performance reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve efficiency, validate content, and reduce manual workload.
• Collaborate with other CRM team members and relevant departments to ensure timely, error‑free deliveries.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in CRM, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Strong adherence to briefs, procedures, and instructions.
• Comfort with repetitive, manual tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
• Organised, responsible, and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and tools.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with Smartico (advantage).
