About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager Team Lead to drive the growth and success of our customer community. In this role you will treat the community as your own business, delivering exceptional service while guiding a team of Customer Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Performance‑manage Customer Managers across the city to maintain high service standards.
• Organise and coordinate city‑wide community events that showcase our flexible‑working spaces.
• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for the team.
• Plan and optimise the team’s schedule to maximise productivity.
• Promote the centre to existing and prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of flexible work environments.
