Digital Activation Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s Digital function to shape consumer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints. As a Digital Activation Manager you will own and grow the IQOS.com e‑commerce and IQOS Club ecosystem, delivering personalized, compliant experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the IQOS.com e‑commerce platform and IQOS Club membership ecosystem.
• Develop and execute CRM, e‑commerce and loyalty strategies, campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Create and optimise communications across email, SMS, push notifications, Viber and other channels.
• Monitor campaign, website and consumer performance, providing data‑driven recommendations to improve conversion, retention and ROI.
• Manage activation budgets, agencies, technology vendors and external partners.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, IT and other stakeholders to ensure cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital creative, e‑commerce, digital media agencies or client‑side digital roles.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making mindset with solid business acumen.
• Proven ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable digital strategies.
• Excellent project‑management skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
