Unity Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to join Supono Holdings LTD’s game development team. You will create, maintain and launch Unity‑based games and applications across mobile, PC and console platforms, working closely with artists, designers and fellow engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Unity games for mobile, PC and console.
• Implement gameplay features from design specifications and translate concepts into engaging player experiences.
• Integrate visual and audio assets, UI elements and animation into Unity projects.
• Optimize performance, profile CPU/GPU usage and ensure stability and scalability.
• Test gameplay mechanics, identify bugs and deliver effective fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Contribute ideas to the overall game design process and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing hyper‑casual or multiplayer games.
• Strong Unity3D expertise with C# scripting, textures, animation, UI and session management.
• Experience with networking solutions, preferably FishNet.
• Understanding of 3D mathematics, physics principles and game‑related algorithms.
• Proven ability to profile and optimise CPU/GPU performance.
• Experience using Git in a multi‑developer environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail and communication skills.
