Moderation Specialist

About the role

Mayflower is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience, with platforms serving millions of users. Its Moderation team works 24/7 to keep its platform clean and safe, and as a Moderation Specialist you will review user-submitted content according to the company's guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review user-generated content according to community guidelines with speed and quality
• Investigate and resolve internal and external reports
• Escalate relevant issues to the appropriate stakeholders and collaborate with others to protect the safety of the products

Required profile

• Upper-intermediate English (C1)
• Ability to work in different shifts and days, including night shift and weekends (40 hours per week)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
• Good interpersonal skills
• A plus: prior experience in a trust and safety field, mastery of other languages
