Senior Full-Stack & Mobile Developer (AI-Driven) – Fintech/Trading

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack & Mobile Developer to build and scale web and mobile trading platforms for a large regulated global fintech group. The role can be fully remote or based in Limassol and involves using AI to enhance both development processes and client‑facing features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web and mobile applications for trading and client‑facing platforms.
• Build scalable back‑end services, APIs and integrations using modern technologies.
• Create native or cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Integrate AI‑driven features such as personalization, chatbots, analytics and automation.
• Handle real‑time market data, trading flows and client account information while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA and compliance teams, and participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and help raise engineering standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, including mobile development.
• Previous development experience within a forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, Next.js.
• Back‑end: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java or .NET.
• Mobile: React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android.
• AI tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and integration of AI/LLM APIs.
• APIs & data: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, SQL, NoSQL.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• App distribution: publishing to App Store and Google Play.
