Technical Operations Specialist

About the role

The Technical Operations Specialist ensures the smooth setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRM and customer communication platforms. You will work closely with product, development, BI, and external providers to keep integrations and communication tools running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain Smartico, Mobivate, SendGrid and related platform integrations.
• Manage CRM triggers, events, technical configurations and system dependencies.
• Act as the technical escalation point for CRM or communication issues.
• Support new technical mechanics such as referral programs, crypto offers and automated journeys.
• Build and update HTML email templates and manage platform settings.
• Coordinate technical fixes with Product, Development, BI, TAM and external providers.
• Test new integrations, triggers and platform changes before release.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by business teams.
• Maintain documentation for integrations, triggers and configurations.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical operations, integrations or CRM technology.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Smartico or similar engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with SendGrid, Mobivate or comparable communication tools.
• Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, triggers and data flows.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical and business teams.
