QA Engineer – AI‑Driven Test Automation

About the role

We are seeking a QA Engineer to safeguard the quality of our wallet, account and bonus systems using an AI‑first testing approach. You will transform requirements into test cases, build automated API tests, and investigate bugs while critically evaluating AI‑generated output.

Key responsibilities

• Use Claude Code or similar AI tools to convert specifications, pull requests and tickets into test cases and automated API tests.
• Write and maintain automated tests with AI support, reviewing generated code for accuracy, coverage and maintainability.
• Generate test data and identify edge cases, including invalid inputs, boundary conditions and unexpected transaction sequences.
• Test wallet transactions, account behaviour and bonus flows across normal, failure and recovery scenarios.
• Investigate issues through databases, logs, back‑office systems and Jira, reproducing bugs and drafting clear reports with AI assistance.
• Perform regression testing before each release using AI‑generated suites and communicate defects and release risks to engineering and product teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software QA.
• Hands‑on API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
• SQL skills for data verification.
• Daily use of Claude Code or similar AI tools for test design and bug analysis.
• Critical approach to AI output, ensuring assertions, coverage and edge cases are validated.
