DevOps Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on DevOps Lead to own our infrastructure architecture, reliability and security while building an agentic Site Reliability Engineering practice. You will lead a small team and design secure, scalable cloud environments across markets and licences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters and Terraform IaC, ensuring isolation, resilience and regulatory alignment.
• Define SLOs, monitoring standards, incident management processes and on‑call practices.
• Build an agentic SRE model, specifying what AI agents can triage, investigate and remediate, and when human approval is required.
• Own the Model Context Protocol layer, including tool access, permissions, guardrails and audit trails.
• Embed security, least‑privilege access and cost optimisation into all workflows.
• Lead, mentor and develop two DevOps engineers, set technical priorities and collaborate with engineering, production and security teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven ownership of production reliability, incident management and on‑call processes.
• Hands‑on experience operating AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform at scale.
• Experience running agentic operations in production, designing AI‑agent guardrails and approval workflows.
