Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

IC Markets, a global trading company with over 15 years of experience, is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of complex technical initiatives across its Technology organisation. The role works closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Technical Leads, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders, covering websites, client areas, payment systems, CRM systems, trading platforms and third-party integrations. It is a full-time, on-site position in Limassol with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects and strategic technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource needs and delivery commitments.
• Drive coordination across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders, resolve blockers and manage risks.
• Coordinate technical readiness, testing, release planning and production deployments.
• Set up project governance, accountability and structured reporting through Jira and Confluence.
• Use AI and automation to improve project tracking, identify delays and give real-time delivery visibility.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting for data-driven decisions and delivery forecasting.
• Challenge unrealistic timelines, identify resource constraints and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Technical Delivery Management, Technical Project Management or IT Program Management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical initiatives from initiation to production.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple engineering teams.
• Experience in Forex, FinTech, financial services or trading technology is an advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are an advantage.
