Talent Attraction Recruiter Senior Associate - Campus & Early Careers

About the role

EY is looking for a Talent Attraction Recruiter, Senior Associate, based in Nicosia, to manage the talent pipeline for early careers positions. Working with a high-performing team, you will act as a trusted business advisor to leaders, the Talent Team and hiring managers, overseeing external and internal candidate engagement and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• With the Talent Leader, formulate an early careers recruitment strategy.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all service lines: job posting, sourcing, screening, assessment centres, interviewing and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on trainee, graduate and junior talent needs.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, university outreach, networking events).
• Coordinate and run candidate interviews and design and deliver campus events and workshops.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and comply with data privacy and recruitment policies.
• Support employer branding, diversity hiring and online presence, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in professional services, technology or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioural and competency-based techniques.
• Presentation and training facilitation skills.
• Applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
