Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports and coordinates recruitment activities, ensuring a professional hiring process from vacancy approval through onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and contribute to talent attraction and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, CVs, interview feedback and vacancy status in Carrot Cut and the internal ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare monthly HR reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support employer branding initiatives by creating and publishing recruitment content.
• Provide administrative support to the People Experience team, including onboarding coordination and HR projects.

Required profile

• 1+ years of recruitment experience; FX industry experience is a plus.
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; CIPD certification advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms, social media and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Carrot Cut preferred.
