About the role

The Senior Remote Employment Specialist owns the global outstaffing domain and drives end‑to‑end workflows across all operational regions, transforming a reactive setup into a proactive, scalable framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global outstaffing methodology, ensuring organizational readiness and championing process updates.
• Standardize country‑specific workflows into a unified global framework and update related legal documentation.
• Review, optimize and manage global outstaffing vendors in alignment with Procurement, deploying strict SLAs.
• Re‑engineer payroll and vacation accrual processes to automate tasks and reduce errors.
• Support regional teams in launching technical outstaffing infrastructure for new market entries.
• Act as the main liaison to Finance, handling reporting centralisation, audits, accruals and ad‑hoc documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in international Global Mobility, outstaffing or EOR vendor management within a fast‑scaling multinational.
• Strong understanding of global employment structures, cross‑border compliance risk analysis and payroll automation.
• Proven stakeholder management, problem‑solving and cross‑cultural communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll system automation (preferred).
• Vendor contract negotiation expertise.
