Site Engineer – Construction Projects in Nicosia

About the role

The Site Engineer will oversee on‑site construction activities for a leading construction group in Nicosia. You will coordinate teams, ensure quality standards, and support project delivery from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on‑site construction work.
• Review project requirements and select materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain construction quality in line with QA/QC standards.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and work programmes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines.
• Assist in preparing and processing interim payment certificates.
• Perform other duties typical of the civil engineering profession as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on construction sites (civil engineering or building projects).
• Registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).
• Fluent in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Computer skills and proficiency with relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (preferred).
