Plant Officer – Equipment Management

About the role

Pafilia Property Developers Ltd is looking for a Plant Officer to manage and oversee plant equipment and machinery across its construction projects in Cyprus. The role involves ensuring optimal utilisation, maintenance and allocation of plant resources to support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation and utilisation of plant and equipment across multiple construction sites.
• Maintain accurate inventories, records and documentation for all machinery, tools and equipment.
• Monitor servicing, maintenance schedules, inspections and repairs, ensuring compliance with Cyprus regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers and workshops for maintenance, procurement and rentals.
• Support budgeting, cost monitoring and reporting on equipment utilisation, fuel consumption and maintenance expenses.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction administration, plant/equipment coordination or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high integrity.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office applications.
• Experience using plant management software.
