Senior Recruiter – Player Care (Relocation to Cyprus)

About the role

Scorewarrior is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its Player Care department. You will own the full hiring pipeline, design the selection process, and ensure the team grows with the right talent while supporting relocation to Cyprus.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hiring plan and pipeline for volume operational roles and senior niche searches.
• Design and implement a selection machine: scorecards, structured interviews, work samples, and ATS workflow gates.
• Document each search as a reusable kit and feed probation outcomes back into assessment criteria.
• Proactively source candidates using Boolean/X‑ray techniques, LinkedIn, gaming and Trust & Safety communities, and talent pool reactivation.
• Build and maintain market maps, warm candidate pools, and a funnel dashboard with conversion metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers for weekly profile calibrations and provide data‑driven feedback.
• Present relocation offers transparently and close candidates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including volume hiring (10+ closures/year) and senior/niche searches.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing skills.
• Strong fluency with funnel metrics such as pass‑through rates, time‑to‑fill, and source effectiveness.
• Experience designing structured interview processes and assessment tools.
• Fluent English and genuine interest in games.
