Contract Recruitment Sourcer (Remote)

About the role

Scorewarrior, a leading mobile games studio, is looking for a Contract Recruitment Sourcer to boost its talent acquisition efforts across European and CIS markets. The role is fully remote and focuses on researching and sourcing high‑quality candidates for gaming and technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research candidates across Europe and CIS using LinkedIn Recruiter, online databases and sourcing automation platforms.
• Create and maintain detailed sourcing plans and progress reports for each role.
• Build high‑quality candidate lists and keep pipelines up to date for assigned positions.
• Monitor market availability and talent concentration for relevant roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine search criteria, understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a recruitment sourcer in European and/or CIS markets, preferably for technical or gaming roles.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (advanced search, filters, projects).
• Consistent ability to deliver high‑volume, high‑quality sourcing output.
• English at B1 level or higher and Russian at B2 level or higher.
• Effective communication skills and solid knowledge of modern sourcing techniques.
