Senior Professional Development Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

Exness is looking for a senior professional to lead the Professional Development stream within its Learning & Development department. Based in Limassol, you will shape global learning technology, assessment frameworks and data‑driven development programs for a fast‑growing fintech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the learning technology ecosystem, including platform configuration, contract renewals, license management, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Publish and distribute learning content, track completion, usage and feedback, and maintain dashboards for decision‑making.
• Support rollout of a new Learning Management System planned for 2027 and integrate additional learning technologies.
• Design and automate assessment tools, professional assessments and learning paths, including AI‑proofing.
• Provide technical support for learning content, AI‑related solutions and external learning providers.
• Research, coordinate and manage external learning solutions and professional certifications across regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education or related field.
• 6+ years progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organizational Development.
• Strong understanding of L&D principles, instructional design frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional learning initiatives in a global environment.
• Professional certifications in coaching, facilitation or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ICF) are highly preferred.
