HR Finance & Compensation & Benefits Manager

About the role

The HR Finance & C&B Manager will own the planning, analysis and reporting of total employee cost and compensation budgets for the company in Cyprus. This role works closely with Finance, senior business leaders and HR to provide data‑driven insights that support strategic workforce decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyse total employee cost, compensation budget and payroll data.
• Prepare annual personnel cost budgets, regular forecasts and scenario models.
• Build financial models for hiring, promotions, salary changes and organisational shifts.
• Analyse tax and employment cost implications in Cyprus and embed them in forecasts.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders on workforce cost planning.
• Produce regular C&B reports, forecasts and management presentations.
• Monitor actual costs versus budget, explain variances and recommend actions.
• Maintain salary structures, job grading and conduct market benchmarking.
• Manage employee benefits programmes and ensure compliance with Cyprus legislation.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in C&B, Total Rewards, HR Finance or FP&A.
• Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills with experience building complex financial models.
• Good understanding of Cyprus employment, payroll and tax environment.
• Proven ability to translate HR data into clear financial insights for senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
