Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Scorewarrior, a game developer based in Limassol, Cyprus, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join its HR team. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and building scalable processes for a growing international workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, probation, internal changes, documentation, and off‑boarding.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with Cyprus labour law and internal policies.
• Develop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures, guidelines, checklists and templates.
• Identify gaps and automate HR workflows, systems, tools and integrations.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, trackers and internal tools, resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare HR reports, track operational metrics and provide data for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Recruitment, Administration and other teams on HR‑related projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Administration.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and Cypriot employment law.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred) and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to implement automations and optimise repetitive workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
