Senior Node.js Developer

About the role

FxPro, a leading international fintech company, is looking for a Senior Node.js Developer to join its expanding team. You will work on high‑performance back‑end services that power payments, banking processing, and CFD trading, collaborating with internal and third‑party systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back‑end services for payments, banking, and CFD trading using Agile methods.
• Integrate internal platforms with external third‑party systems.
• Write reusable, testable, secure, and efficient code.
• Design low‑latency, high‑availability applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, providing recommendations for emerging trends.
• Implement server‑side logic and manage central database schemas.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness for front‑end and internal requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar back‑end development role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and its nuances.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and designing scalable applications.
• Proven ability to create and maintain database schemas supporting business processes.
• Experience with automated testing and unit tests.
• Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.
