Quality Manager – Lead QA Operations & AI-driven Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA Operations, develop and improve quality processes, and drive AI‑powered testing across our mobile applications. The role works closely with Engineering Platform and Product teams to embed quality ownership throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the QA Operations team, including development and performance management.
• Own and continuously improve regression testing processes for mobile applications.
• Develop and refine product quality processes and metrics.
• Define and enhance defect management, triage, and escalation procedures.
• Drive adoption of AI‑powered approaches and automation across testing.
• Partner with Engineering Platform and Product teams to strengthen engineering ownership of quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Quality Management or QA leadership.
• Proven experience managing distributed or international teams.
• Strong background in organizing and optimizing regression testing.
• Hands‑on experience with quality metrics and data‑driven improvement.
• Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
