Senior Product Manager – Loyalty

About the role

At inDrive, a ride is a transaction and a loyal driver is a relationship. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to make driving for inDrive the most rewarding and engaging experience for millions of drivers worldwide. You will build the foundation of our driver community, not just add features.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Loyalty Strategy and execute the roadmap for driver loyalty and engagement initiatives.
• Design game mechanics such as badges, leaderboards and personalized challenges.
• Develop tiered loyalty programs that reward active, high‑quality drivers.
• Foster community features that create a sense of belonging among drivers.
• Define and grow key metrics like driver retention, trip frequency and churn.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile apps, two‑sided marketplaces or gig‑economy platforms.
• Strong expertise in behavioral design and gamification mechanics.
• Ability to build long‑term roadmaps focused on non‑monetary driver motivation and retention.
• Solid quantitative skills; experience with data analysis, A/B testing and engagement funnels.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+).
