IT Project Manager

About the role

FIS is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead software development projects from planning through delivery. You will work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Control project scope, timelines and budget throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Apply Agile or Scrum methodologies to mitigate risks and ensure quality.
• Manage budget, change requests and risk control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of end‑to‑end IT project management experience, preferably in financial services or payment systems.
• Experience leading cross‑functional and remote teams.

Required skills

• Agile project management (Scrum, SAFe, PMI‑ACP preferred).
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Project.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Use of AI tools in project management routines.
