Product Technical Consultant

About the role

Join FIS as a Product Technical Consultant and help shape platform capabilities that support international growth across Europe and AMEA. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, support strategy, and ensure solutions align with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of platform strategy and roadmaps for international growth.
• Lead product discovery, business analysis, and requirements definition for strategic initiatives.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product capabilities and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Architecture and Technology teams to ensure performance, scalability, resilience and security.
• Support platform productization to improve reuse, standardisation and commercial consumption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Leverage AI, analytics and automation tools to improve product management effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in technical product management, platform product management or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product strategy and actionable requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working with product, architecture and engineering teams in complex environments.
