Senior Manager, Investor Delivery

About the role

MUFG Investor Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Investor Delivery function. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee the Investor Operations team, ensuring high‑quality client service and operational excellence across onboarding, dealing, reporting and cash activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of Investor Operations, guaranteeing accurate and efficient delivery of investor onboarding, dealing, reporting and cash processes.
• Drive business objectives, manage projects, plan resources, monitor budgets and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Act as senior escalation point for clients, investors, fund managers and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and service standards.
• Oversee client onboarding and integration, ensuring smooth transition to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Mentor and develop managers and senior team members, fostering talent growth, succession planning and a high‑performance culture.
• Represent Investor Operations in senior service reviews, governance meetings and cross‑functional forums, championing strategic initiatives and change.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (professional qualification a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in investor operations, transfer agency, fund administration or similar financial services environment.
• Significant leadership experience managing large operational teams and delivering service excellence.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive efficiency.
