Corporate Relations Manager

About the role

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, as a Corporate Relations Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for new corporate clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform setup and day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated frontline contact for new corporate accounts and guide stakeholders through the initial setup process.
• Lead platform walk‑throughs and demonstrations, educating clients on Client Area functionality and product options.
• Configure new client accounts, assist with system preferences and ensure a smooth transition to operational status.
• Collect, complete and submit required legal, operational and onboarding documentation, reviewing for completeness.
• Coordinate with compliance or legal teams to resolve verification delays and provide frontline troubleshooting.
• Diagnose platform usability friction points and act as the bridge between corporate clients and internal technical support or engineering teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role within banking, fintech or financial services.
• Experience working with corporate clients and managing account onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation requirements and compliance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities and fluency in English.
