Senior Java Developer

About the role

Join FxPro, a leading international fintech company, as a Senior Java Developer in the Aggregator Team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Java‑based trading infrastructure that powers real‑time price aggregation, order execution, and risk management across FxPro’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support high‑load, low‑latency trading platforms and associated microservices.
• Design and implement new features following company standards for code quality, test coverage, and performance, using TDD and BDD practices.
• Proactively identify and report issues, vulnerabilities, and technical problems.
• Collaborate with team members, other teams, project managers, and business analysts to achieve company goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Java Developer (Java 21+) with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or above); knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• FinTech experience in trading, Forex, or investments is an advantage.
