Senior Change Management Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Change Management Consultant at FIS, you will act as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, helping them clarify business needs, understand system functionality and drive technical priorities. You will work closely with relationship managers and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with service delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
• Engage with clients to gather strategic goals, business needs and technical requirements before formal project initiation.
• Use deep knowledge of system functionality and payment processing to shape client pipelines, roadmaps and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with delivery, product, sales and other internal teams to address client requirements and advocate for product improvements.
• Support account growth opportunities through technical expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical account management, client‑facing technology, payments or IT environments.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and ability to manage priorities with limited supervision.
• Excellent relationship, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills.
