Senior Product Analyst (General Analytics)

About the role

Scorewarrior is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join its General Analytics team. You will tackle high‑uncertainty product questions, design experiments, and own the methodology for effect estimation across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Take vague product questions from various teams and turn them into actionable decisions.
• Design and analyse non‑standard experiments, handling delayed treatments, cluster tests, small samples and heavy‑tailed revenue.
• Apply causal‑inference and quasi‑experimental methods when classic A/B tests are impossible, and create reusable methods and documentation.
• Validate metrics and test results before business actions, and specify logging for feature releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience running end‑to‑end research on high‑uncertainty problems.
• Hands‑on expertise in causal inference, quasi‑experimental designs and A/B test analysis.
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly state assumptions and limits of results.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Required skills

• Python for research and custom algorithm implementation.
• SQL on an analytical data warehouse (ClickHouse is a plus).
• Experience with dbt and Tableau for data modelling and visualization.

What we offer

• Competitive remuneration including a 13th salary and performance bonuses.
• Full relocation support for you and your family to Cyprus.
• Private health insurance, education allowances for children, lunch compensation and fitness allowance.
• Professional development budget and regular team events.
